Avila Surfboards is one of KEAHANA's Certified Shapers. Avila began shaping in 1997 and has been running his business in Southern California (Oceanside) since 2001.

Above are some of Avila's models... but he is always open to talk to surfers and custom design a board. Avila runs the DSD shaping machine like no one else! And his experience shaping is 14 plus years.

Avila believes talking to surfers and getting just the right dimensions to fit surfer's level is key to shape the magic board!
